As there’s not much complete material on this topic in the Internet, I decided to put my work and presentation here (but only in Russian, sorry). I decided to contact Microsoft support service yesterday, because my Windows Vista shown a Blue Screen after an attempt to install SP1. I followed the link in the MS help to a page offering me to either write an e-mail to them or contact an operator in the chat.
